Ways in which you can support us

It’s completely up to you how you choose to fundraise for us. No matter what you do you’ll be raising much needed funds towards our work helping families and children affected by someone else’s drug addiction and raising awareness in the community about the Foundation.

We now have an account on eBay for Charity where we will be selling some items which have been donated to us. 

You can also sell items for us, donate a percentage of your sales or donate a specific amount via PayPal on our page.  To find us on eBay click sell, sell for charity, browse our charities and then search for The Lighthouse Foundation.   It’s the perfect way to help us while doing what you do every day on eBay.

You can also help by donating things which we can auction.  As we do not have much storage space we are looking for donations of small good quality goods such as clothes, costume jewellery and toys which you can leave at our offices.

Under the Government's Gift Aid scheme, The Lighthouse Foundation can reclaim the tax made on donations. This means that we can get 28 per cent more money, at no extra cost to you. So if you are a UK taxpayer, please contact us for a Gift Aid Form or complete the Gift Aid section on the Standing Order Form.

Organising your own challenge for charity can be an incredibly rewarding experience. You can choose the type of event you want to do and tailor it to suit everything you want to achieve.  Please click on the 'challenges' link for some ideas

There are all sorts of ways in which you can fundraise for us - whether it’s through existing events like concerts and summer fetes or through new fundraising events and activities.

We rely almost entirely on voluntary support, so if you or your company has an existing event or an idea for an event that could benefit us, please contact Ceri Shennan at lighthousekillie@aol.com

One off donations can be made by post or in person at our premises in Portland Road. 

 Regular giving helps us to plan our services for the future.  Standing orders area great way to do this and the amount you give each month is up to you.  To give on a regular basis please email us on lighthousekillie@aol.com and we will email you a standing order form.
