Ceri joined the Lighthouse in 2003 after graduating in Business Administration from Paisley University. Ceri was a volunteer grants assessor for 2 years with the Scottish Community Foundation and so has experience of both sides of fundraising. Ceri's strengths lie in her organisation abilities and her knowledge of personnel and business legislation. She works behind the scenes to ensure that the Foundation continues to meet it's outcomes. Ceri is also also responsible for the funding and evaluating.
